As the current situation continues to cause disruption to all of us, we want you to know that McKees continues to operate as normal and we are carefully monitoring and managing the impact, acting where necessary in line with our robust Business Continuity Plan. I am reminded of the wording we have placed on the home page of our website “Care and Diligence” and that is exactly what is guiding our approach, planning and thinking during this time.
Our top priority is the safety and welfare of our staff, clients and everyone we work with, while fully maintaining a high level of service with as little disruption as possible. We have restricted non-essential travel and face to face meetings. We are also offering video and telephone conference call facilities via Skype and Microsoft Teams and should this suit your needs better please just let us know.
Our Business Continuity Plan and all procedures for working remotely are in place and have been rigorously tested over recent weeks and our email, case management and telephone systems are all operating smoothly.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. The coming weeks will be unpredictable and difficult for all of us but please rest assured that we are always here to help you and your business in any way we can.
