Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends
I am delighted to report that we began a phased re-opening of our office in Linenhall Street on Monday 22 June 2020. The office will initially be open from 10am to 4pm each week day. Clients and colleagues are welcome to call to the office by prior appointment, subject to a non-contact temperature test. We can facilitate face to face meetings in our large Boardroom which can safely accommodate up to 6 people at any one time.
We have spent the last three months completing a total refurbishment of our office, including the introduction of various social distancing initiatives and safeguards, such as the installation of Perspex screens at reception and between work stations, as well as sanitation stations at reception and throughout the office. We can offer masks, gloves and hand sanitiser for those who wish to use these and we have converted our canteen to a “Grab & Go” area.
We are keen to maintain improved ways of working so please continue to send any documents by email rather than by post, wherever possible. We also continue to offer telephone and video conferencing via Microsoft Teams, Whats App and Zoom, for client meetings and catch ups, as and when required.
Our primary concern and focus remains with the health, safety and welfare of our staff, our clients and their families. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know – we are here to help you and your business in any way we can.
We continue to offer support and guidance on Business Recovery, along with helpful, practical initiatives to help you get your business back up and running. You only have to ask. It is important that we continue to stay connected and help and support one another during the challenging weeks and months ahead.
