Katherine is an Associate in the Banking & Finance team.

She advises domestic and international banks, alternative lenders, funds and sponsors across a broad range of sectors. Katherine has developed particular expertise in complex and high-value real estate, acquisition, development and project finance matters, often involving transaction management across multiple jurisdictions.

Katherine enjoys working closely with clients with both established and emerging financial structures to deliver clear, commercially-focused and pragmatic advice. Her approachable and collaborative style, combined with strong technical input, assists clients in navigating complex matters with confidence.

Katherine is dual-qualified to practice in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
