The Cancer Fund for Children, founded in 1973 by Margaret McAlpine MBE, has been at the forefront of providing comprehensive support to children and young people living with cancer and their families in Northern Ireland.
From practical and financial assistance to emotional and therapeutic support, the Cancer Fund for Children empowers families to navigate the complexities of cancer treatment and rebuild their lives beyond the diagnosis. Their initiatives include residential support at Daisy Lodge, therapeutic short breaks, and specialized services to meet the emotional needs of young people impacted by cancer.
