Andrea McCann
Legal Director
Andrea acts for a number of SIPP and SSAS providers covering their NI property portfolios. All types of commercial property work is covered including sales, in specie transfers, acquisitions, lease work and rental arrears. Andrea is a member of Association of Member Directed Pension Schemes.
She also heads up the Employment team and JM Pathway that offers a bespoke employment law service to employers in terms of audit of employment contracts and policies, instant consultancy service for advice and insurance cover for employment related claims.
Andrea is our Staff Partner looking after our own staff of circa 60 and is also responsible for our quality accreditations of Lexcel, ISO and Investors in People.
Andrea tutors on the Public Law course (property law, judicial review and employment/tribunals) at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at QUB.
Andrea’s ambition is to write a novel, whilst she has put pen to paper it has not yet finished!
