Anne Wilson

Anne works in Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning.

She has a wealth of experience in drafting wills including for clients of high net worth, and advising in relation to Inheritance Tax mitigation.

She deals with the administration of estates for deceased clients, both testate and intestate, including reporting to HMRC and drafting deeds of variation.

Anne also deals with drafting and administration of Trusts for minors and disabled people.

Anne has dealt with many applications to the Office of Care and Protection, including drafting and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllerships.

She is a committee member of the Northern Ireland branch of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and as such is recognised as an expert in the field of Estate Planning and administration of estates and trusts.
