Aoife Duffy

Aoife is a Senior Associate in the litigation department. She has been with McKees Solicitors since 2013.

Aoife primarily specialises in commercial litigation, debt recovery and insolvency. She has obtained her Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (Insolvency Practitioners Association). She acts mainly for banks, lending institutions, insolvency practitioners and commercial clients. In advising these clients, she has been involved in cases from Small Claims Court to High Court as well as attending mediations.

Aoife also manages our claims team, which acts for several insurance clients and specialises in acting for Plaintiffs in claims for personal injuries, loss and damages arising out of mainly road traffic collisions.

Prior to becoming a Solicitor, Aoife trained as a Software Developer and worked for Allstate Northern Ireland. She takes a keen interest in legal technology and the benefits it can bring to our clients.
