Chris Milligan

Chris is a real estate partner who specialises in energy and infrastructure projects. He has over 15 years' experience of advising developers, investors and funders on early-stage development (including consenting and land assembly), asset management and optimisation (including re-powering), funding and consolidation of energy and infrastructure assets.

Chris combines sector knowledge with a client-focused approach to advising on the structuring and delivery of complex projects across clean energy technologies, waste, water and transport, and high-value real estate transactions within a range of asset classes.

Chris is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Northern Ireland.
