Jenna Doherty

Jenna joined the firm as a paralegal in 2018. In 2020, she commenced her Training Contract and following qualification, was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in September 2022.

Jenna works in the Banking Team. She assists Avril McCammon with a range of commercial and banking transactions including corporate reorganisations and restructures, mergers and acquisitions. Jenna also assists clients with various corporate governance matters and company law compliance.
