Julie Leeburn

Julie is a member of our corporate/commercial team with particular experience in the energy sector.

Prior to joining McKees, Julie was Legal Director for AES UK & Ireland during the period when The AES Corporation owned Kilroot and Ballylumford Power Stations.

Julie advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial issues, including share/asset sales and acquisitions, shareholder and corporate governance issues and commercial contracts.
