Niall McCavitt

Niall joined the firm in 2024 and works in our Commercial Property team.

He has experience in a wide array of real estate transactions across multiple sectors including landlord and tenant matters, corporate acquisitions and disposals, development projects, business tenancies and telecommunications infrastructure. He has acted for a diverse range of clients including financial institutions, international restaurant chains and social housing bodies.

Niall regularly supports in the real estate aspects of banking, corporate and licensing matters as part of the firm’s extensive practice in those areas.
